Clap Your Hands Say Yeah 没打算等待两年再发行他们的新作"Some Loud Thunder" ，而是录制完成后立即发行了，这样做也许是为了证明出了一个商业上的成功，这里有更多对于乐队来说重要的东西。新专辑记录了乐队自处女作之后的发展，这张专辑并非上张专辑的延续，而是一张独立的唱片，一张经得住时间跟批评家考验的唱片。
当初听CYHSY的时候，纯粹被乐队的名字所吸引，没想到也发展成一个聆听的动机，唉。。。万事皆一同啊，生活也是这样，动机何其之多。。。
