最近重温Clairecords,上几张初期小号的，相对稀罕。不可否认这几张VA中的选曲还是SHOEGAZE风占了一定的主导地位，但也着实不乏氛围，小电甚至实验风格的“跨界”参与（以fern 002与fern 009尤为明显），比如你可以看见windy & carl的名字。其实纵观整个厂牌至今的发行也是如此。或许是shoegaze这个概念本身正随着时间而逐渐模糊。当然风格的界定本就没有拘泥的必要，我想说的是这几张VA都很好听，丰富，多元，别致。其中不少名字我都不识得，网络上也少有其事迹，想是些短命而不得志的，可音乐却相当不俗，令人惊喜。

至于POLAR，其主唱与吉他手重组并同在clairecords的con dolore应当更为人所知。而我更爱polar极地般的冰冷，清澈，孤独与忧伤。 con dolore的配器更为丰富，却少了独到的气质。另外，她们和shoegaze似乎也无太大的联系，要说吉他的回放效果，那结合主唱的声线，倒是让我联想到了DREAMPOP。
